Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g wheat flour
- 40 g sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp rapeseed oil
- 100 g nougat nut cream
- 50 g chocolate (Smarties)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add the eggs and milk and mix until a smooth, lump-free batter forms. Let the batter rest for one hour. Only then add the lemon juice. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and fry four pancakes one after the other from the pancake batter. Serve on plates, spread with the hazelnut spread, and sprinkle with Smarties.
