Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 eggs, separated
- 300 g sugar
- 375 g nuts or almonds, ground
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g cake icing
- Fat for the mold
Instructions

Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with the sugar for at least 10 minutes. Stir in the ground nuts or almonds. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Grease and breadcrumb a 26 cm springform pan, or simply line it with baking paper, and pour the batter into the pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C – 175°C for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, remove it from the springform pan and glaze it with a glaze of your choice (e.g., hazelnut glaze).
