Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g butter
- 250 g brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 350 g Flour (wholemeal spelled flour)
- 100 g instant oat flakes
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 400 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 150 g walnuts, coarsely chopped

In a bowl, cream the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy. Add the sugar and mix until dissolved. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well. Add the vanilla essence and lemon juice and mix well. Mix the flour with the oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and add to the butter, sugar and egg mixture. Mix well. Finally, fold in the chocolate and walnuts. On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, form small balls of dough, about 5-6 cm in diameter, and press down lightly. Make sure there is enough space between them, as the cookies will spread. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet.
