  • 175 g butter
  • 80 g brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • some flavoring (bitter almond)
  • 200 g Flour (wholemeal spelled flour)

  • 200 g chocolate, white, chopped
  • 50 g chopped peanuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

In a bowl, cream the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy. Add the sugar and mix until dissolved. Add the egg and mix well. Add the vanilla essence and bitter almond flavoring and mix well. Mix the flour with the baking soda and add to the butter, sugar, and egg mixture. Mix well. Finally, fold in the chocolate and peanuts. On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, form small balls of dough, about 5-6 cm in diameter. Make sure there is enough space between them, as the cookies will spread. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet.
