Monte Cuts
The perfect monte cuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 125 ml Water
- 125 ml Oil
- 200 g Flour
- 0,5 pack Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- Cream:
- 250 ml Whipped cream
- 400 g Zott Monte Maxi
- Beat egg whites into snow. Mix egg yolks with sugar, water and oil until foamy, then stir in flour, baking powder and cocoa and fold in the egg whites. Pour into a springform pan and bake at around 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then let it cool down. For the cream, whip up the whipped cream and stir in the Monte, spread on the cooled base and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
