Mortar Soup with Fried Sausage

  • 1 kg Carrots
  • 2 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 1 piece Fresh ginger
  • 3 piece Bratwurst
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1,5 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter
  • 1 piece Apple

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and potatoes and cut into cubes. Leave out a little butter in the saucepan and sweat the onions in it, then sweat the carrots and potatoes with them.
  2. Prepare the vegetable stock and slowly pour in, let everything simmer. Now peel the ginger and apple and let them simmer. Puree the soup nicely and thicken a little with cream. Peel the sausage and cut it into pieces that are as wide as the sausage is in diameter, then halve it once and let it steep in the soup.
  3. When everything is nice and hot – good hunger
