Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg pork
- 8 large potatoes
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 jar mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt
- pepper
- Tomato ketchup
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grease a pan or casserole dish with oil. Thinly slice the meat, season with salt, and place in the pan. Thinly slice the potatoes and layer them on top of the meat. Sprinkle with salt and grated cheese. Layer the tomato slices on top and season with salt again. Finally, mix together about 1/2 jar of mayonnaise, 250 ml sour cream, a little ketchup, and pepper and spread over the meat. Bake in the oven at high heat for about 40 minutes, then cook on the lowest heat for another 5 minutes.
