Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cuisine Style Cocktail

First, muddle four cucumber slices in a cocktail glass, preferably a metal one. Add the 4 cl of vodka and some fresh ice cubes. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of mint and the remaining two cucumber slices. This cocktail is a highball, meaning it contains a higher proportion of non-alcoholic ingredients. Instead of ginger beer, you can use ginger ale, but it will be weaker, as ginger beer contains more ginger and is therefore more intense and sharp.
