Mosi's tomato and mozzarella casserole with garlic bread chips

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • some pitted olives
  • 1 pack of chips (garlic bread chips)
  • some olive oil
  • n. B. Herbs, Italian
  • 100 g minced meat, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Grease a small baking dish with olive oil and line it completely with breadcrumbs. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange them on top of the breadcrumbs, alternating them in a shingle pattern. Arrange the olives on top and sprinkle with Italian herbs. If you like, brown the ground beef until crumbly and sprinkle it over the olives. Grill on the second rack from the top at approximately 220°C for 15 minutes.
