Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • Ice (Crushed Ice)
  • e.g. Ginger Ale

Instructions

the non-alcoholic Mojito

Mash the mint (about 3 times on your forearm should be enough; this will allow the mint flavor and aroma to develop better) and place it in a 0.4-liter glass or cocktail shaker. Cut the lime into eighths and add it along with the cane sugar, then muddle. Don’t over-muddle; the limes should be squeezed, not mashed. Shake the cocktail shaker and pour everything into a glass. Top with crushed ice and ginger ale and stir.
