Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 small steak(s) (minute steaks) from pork
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- some pepper, mild or hot, to taste
- 200 ml cream
- Parsley, finely chopped
- Chicken broth, granulated
- salt and pepper
- 12 slices of Parma ham or Serrano
- 2 tbsp cream cheese spread
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Italian roulades
Pound the minute steaks until completely flat. Cut the pepperoni and feta into small cubes. Top each steak with a slice of ham. Distribute the feta and pepperoni on top and roll the steaks into small roulades, securing them with toothpicks or string. Brown the rolls in a little oil until lightly browned. Deglaze with the cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and the broth. Add a little parsley and stir in the cream cheese. Simmer until the sauce is nice and creamy. Serve with croquettes and a tomato salad.
