Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl peach liqueur (alternatively apricot liqueur)
  • ⅛ liter orange juice
  • 2 cl red wine, dry

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

from GDR times

I use a tall wine glass for this. First, fill the liqueur with orange juice, then carefully pour the red wine into the glass using an upturned tablespoon (with the rounded spoon facing up!), so that the wine doesn’t mix with the juice, but instead settles on top in a red color. It tastes delicious, and I’ve drunk this as a Moulin Rouge.
