Mozarella with Garden Rocket >>
The perfect mozarella with garden rocket >> recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 3 Spring onions
- 1 tbsp Pickled olives, pitted
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1,5 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- 0,25 Red peppers
- 75 g Rocket
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Drain the mozzarella and cut into strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Dice olives. Mix 2 tablespoons of oil with salt and pepper and mix with the mozzarella, paprika, lemon zest, olives and spring onions. Let it flow for a short time.
- Wash rocket and place in a bowl. Mix the balsamic vinegar with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Now add the oil and mix well, better shake in a mug so that the dressing gets a creamy consistency. Mix with the rocket.
- Arrange the salad on a plate. Pour the marinated mozzarella over it. Enjoy with ciabatta or pizza bread that has been soaked in good olive oil.
