Mix all ingredients into a muffin batter. Don’t overmix. Roughly chop the Mozartkugeln and carefully fold them into the batter. Now pour everything into the muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Do the skewer test. Once cooled, you can decorate them however you like. I first applied milk glaze and then marzipan glaze to create a marbled effect. Chopped pistachios are also an option. I’ve also baked muffins and put a whole Mozartkugeln in the middle, but I personally don’t like it as much as the version described above.
