Mozzarella on toast with salami and garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of whole-grain toast
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp, heaped corn
  • 4 slices of salami
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Gouda, grated
  • margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes

Super quick and delicious

Toast the bread. Finely chop the garlic. Spread the margarine on the toast, scatter the garlic on top, and season with a little salt, pepper, and basil. Layer the salami and corn on top. Then place a small mound of cheese on each slice. Cut the mozzarella into 6 strips and place 3 on each slice of toast. Season again with salt, pepper, and basil, and drizzle with a teaspoon of olive oil over the cheese. Microwave for about 4-5 minutes.
