Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • e.g. banana(s)
  • blueberries
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and healthy

Combine the oats, egg whites, and honey in a bowl and stir with a spoon. Grease four muffin cups with butter and pour in the batter. Press the tops of the granola bar muffins slightly to allow for the Greek yogurt filling. Bake the muffins for about 15 minutes at 160°C (320°F). Spoon the Greek yogurt into the holes and garnish with bananas and blueberries.
