Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of feta cheese
- 1 tomato(s)
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 4 tsp, heaped pesto, red
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper

ideal for grilling
First, prepare the parcels. To do this, tear off square pieces from a roll of aluminum foil. Then, shape them into parcels. I use my fist to help me get the most even parcels possible. Dice the feta and place them in a bowl. Peel the garlic and press it into the bowl with the feta. Finally, add the crème fraîche and season everything with salt and pepper. Stir the mixture with a spoon so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Cut the tomato into small pieces. Divide the feta filling evenly among the 4 parcels. Distribute the tomato pieces evenly. Finally, add a heaped teaspoon of red pesto to each parcel. Seal the tops of the parcels and place them on a baking tray in the oven at 180°C with fan for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, check inside a parcel. If it sizzles, it’s done. Alternatively, you can also put the parcels on the grill.
