Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g sugar
  • 100 g honey
  • some lemon juice
  • 150 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 50 g oat flakes, crispy
  • 30 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g prunes
  • 30 g pear(s), dried
  • 30 g apricot(s), dried
  • 30 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Melt butter, sugar, and honey in a saucepan. Stir in a little lemon juice, oats, hazelnuts, and sunflower seeds. Dice the dried fruit and raisins and fold them into the mixture. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes. Cut into bars while still warm. Store in a tightly sealed container.
