Muesli bars with sesame

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cup(s) finely ground oats
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup almonds, ground
  • ½ cup sunflower oil
  • 1 cup honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. If you like, you can add raisins (or other dried fruit), whole almonds, or chocolate chips. I usually make them with a few raisins. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (about 1 cm thick). Bake at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes. Cut the bars while they’re still warm. If you like, you can decorate them with chocolate.
