Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 drops flavoring (lemon flavor)
  • 200 g muesli, of your choice
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Bring the butter and sugar to a boil until the sugar dissolves. Deglaze with the milk and stir in the flavoring. Mix the muesli, flour, and baking powder, add the hot butter mixture, and stir in. Let the dough cool for a few minutes. Meanwhile, line two baking sheets with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan oven). Scoop out small portions of the dough with a spoon. Place them on the prepared baking sheets, leaving plenty of space between them. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until crispy. Let cool on wire racks and store in tightly sealed containers. Makes about 30-40 pieces, depending on the size.
