Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g margarine
- 2 eggs
- 75 ml milk
- 100 g muesli (crunchy)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with crunchy muesli of your choice, makes 12 muffins
Grease and flour the muffin tin. Preheat oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the remaining ingredients—except the muesli—with a mixer until smooth. Finally, stir in the muesli. Divide the batter into the muffin cups. Spread 1 tablespoon of muesli evenly over the batter. Place the tin on the oven rack. Bake for about 30 minutes. Let the muffins stand in the tin for about 10 minutes, then turn them out and let them cool. The muffins taste particularly delicious with chocolate muesli. I’ve also used raspberry muesli, which was also delicious.
