Muesli with Yogurt
The perfect muesli with yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Yogurt
- 50 g Oatmeal
- 40 g Spelled flakes
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 Apples
- 1 Banana
- 0,5 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Peeled hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp Frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp Sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp Sliced hazelnuts
- 16 whole Almonds
- 16 whole Hazelnuts
- Put the oatmeal and spelled flakes in a bowl. I mostly take large sheets.
- Mix the flakes with the yogurt and honey.
- Cut the banana into small pieces and stir in as well. Put aside.
- In addition, heat a large pan without fat and roast the sliced almonds and hazelnuts in it until golden brown.
- Wash the apples, cut out the stones and roughly grate.
- Squeeze half a lemon and mix with the grated apples.
- Add the apples, chia seeds and hemp seeds to the yogurt mixture.
- Divide the yogurt granola mixture into four bowls or other containers. Put a few raspberries on top.
- Put the planed nuts and the whole nuts in a separate container and sprinkle over them with the meal.
- I always make four servings. Two are eaten the same day and the other two the next day. On the second day, I stir a teaspoon of yogurt into the muesli in the morning.
