Ingredients
- 300 g Yogurt
- 2 small Apples
- 3 tbsp Hearty oat flakes
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Briefly toast the oat flakes in a coated pan without fat. Remove and set aside. .
- Cut the apples into small cubes and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir with honey. Stir in the oatmeal except for 2 teaspoons into the yogurt and fold in the apples.
- Divide the yoghurt apple muesli into small bowls, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of oat flakes and serve.
