Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 2 small Apples
  • 3 tbsp Hearty oat flakes
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Briefly toast the oat flakes in a coated pan without fat. Remove and set aside. .
  • Cut the apples into small cubes and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir with honey. Stir in the oatmeal except for 2 teaspoons into the yogurt and fold in the apples.
  • Divide the yoghurt apple muesli into small bowls, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of oat flakes and serve.
