Muffin with Blueberries

The perfect muffin with blueberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 125 g Blueberries fresh
  • Lemon zest
  • 4 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  1. Beat the margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until frothy.
  2. Add milk and eggs.
  3. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in.
  4. Finally fold in lemon zest and juice.
  5. Place the blueberries in the tin and fill 2/3 of the batter into the tin.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C and fan for about 18 minutes.
