Muffin with Blueberries

- 100 g Margarine
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 0,5 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 100 ml Milk
- 125 g Blueberries fresh
- Lemon zest
- 4 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Beat the margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until frothy.
- Add milk and eggs.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in.
- Finally fold in lemon zest and juice.
- Place the blueberries in the tin and fill 2/3 of the batter into the tin.
