Muffins 'Chocolate Sin'

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g margarine, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda or baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder, real
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 125 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp sugar, fine
  • 150 g sour cream
  • e.g. dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix margarine, sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder into a smooth batter. Stir in the sour cream with a spoon. Pour the batter into baking cups and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Cool the muffins completely on a wire rack. Meanwhile, for the glaze, melt the chocolate in a double boiler, let it cool briefly, then stir in the sugar and sour cream. Spread the glaze over the muffins and let it set in the refrigerator before serving. Decorate with chocolate shavings, if desired.
