Muffins with Black Currants
The perfect muffins with black currants recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 150 ml Alba oil – rapeseed oil with butter flavor –
- 50 ml Cream
- 160 g Sugar
- 220 g Black currants
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the remaining ingredients – except for the currants – and stir
- Fold in the currants and you’re done
- Pour into the muffin molds and bake for approx. 35 minutes at 190 degrees, make a stick test
