Muffins with Black Currants

The perfect muffins with black currants recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 ml Alba oil – rapeseed oil with butter flavor –
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 160 g Sugar
  • 220 g Black currants
  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the remaining ingredients – except for the currants – and stir
  2. Fold in the currants and you’re done
  3. Pour into the muffin molds and bake for approx. 35 minutes at 190 degrees, make a stick test
