Muffins with shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tsp, heaped curry powder, roasted (Sri Lanka)
  • 85 g spelt flour
  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 18 prawns, cooked, with tail
  • n. B. Oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

For the batter, mix all ingredients. Pour the batter into a muffin tin and place a shrimp in each cup (tail-up). Bake for about 20 minutes.
