Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder, roasted (Sri Lanka)
- 85 g spelt flour
- 1 egg(s), size M
- 100 g yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 18 prawns, cooked, with tail
- n. B. Oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
For the batter, mix all ingredients. Pour the batter into a muffin tin and place a shrimp in each cup (tail-up). Bake for about 20 minutes.
