Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g smoked trout fillet(s)
- 2 tsp, heaped horseradish from the jar
- 85 g spelt flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg(s), size M
- 100 g yogurt
- n. B. Oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the trout fillets. Mix all ingredients together. Pour the batter into an oiled muffin tin and bake for about 20 minutes.
