Ingredients
Cup (straight), fork, knife
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Grated almonds, cinnamon, cocoa, desiccated coconut or Grated chocolate
- 2 tbsp Apple chopped up, whole almonds, chocolate, variable
Instructions
- Put 2 tablespoons of flour and 2 tablespoons of sugar in the cup
- Add the grated ingredients such as grated almonds, cinnamon, desiccated coconut or cocoa, then stir well with a fork
- Add the egg and stir well again
- The “filling” to go with it (apple chopped, whole almonds or chocolate)
- Mix well
- for about. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes and wait until the dough is crooked and easily goes down again
- Let it cool down briefly then tip it onto a plate // Tip: If the chick sticks to the cup, cut along the edge with the knife;)
