Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml white wine
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 bags of mulled wine spice
  • 300 ml Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 4 slices of orange

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious Christmas aperitif

Bring the white wine and vanilla pod to a boil. Add the honey and let it steep with the mulled wine spices for 7 minutes. Remove the bag and vanilla pod and let it cool. Serve with well-chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine and an orange slice.
