Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cl liqueur (Winter Apple from Berentzen)
  • 3 cl apple juice
  • 3 cl orange juice
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 physalis
  • 1 piece(s) pineapple (small piece), diced
  • 5 cl cherry juice
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Christmas Cocktail

First, lightly dip a cocktail glass into the cherry juice, then twirl it in sugar to create a beautiful red sugar rim. Mix the winter apple liqueur with the apple juice and orange juice (do not shake) and pour into a cocktail glass. Serve garnished with an orange slice, physalis, and a piece of pineapple.
