Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g butter
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
- 150 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 250 ml wine (mulled wine)
- 1 pack of rum flavoring
- 375 g flour
- ½ tbsp cornstarch
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp wine (mulled wine)
- 1 tbsp rum
Instructions

Beat the butter and powdered sugar vigorously until fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla bean paste, chopped chocolate, mulled wine, and rum baking powder one at a time. Mix well. Stir the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder into the batter and pour into a Bundt cake pan. Grease and dust with breadcrumbs. Bake at 180°C (electric oven) for 60 to 70 minutes. Use a wooden skewer to test the cake. Then let it cool slightly and very carefully turn it out. It will break easily. For the glaze, combine the powdered sugar with the mulled wine and rum and spread it over the cooled cake.
