Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 ml wine (mulled wine)
  • 100 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

ideal as a Christmas gift

Combine all ingredients in a large, wide saucepan and bring to a boil. Then, boil gently for 2-3 minutes and pour into 4 jars. Seal the jars, turn them upside down, and let them stand for about 10 minutes, then turn them upside down again. Let the jars cool.
