Birthday cakes for children and adults

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Then stir in the almonds, cornstarch, and cocoa powder. Bake in a springform pan at 175°C for about 30 minutes. Let the base cool. Halve the bananas and place them on the base. The amount of bananas depends on their size. Next, prepare the glaze with the multivitamin juice and pour it over the bananas. The glaze still needs to set. Now whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Finally, spread the cream over the cake. A very moist, delicious cake. It’s not too sweet and a big hit with children.
