Multivitamin Cake

for the ground
- 250 g Sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 150 ml Oil
- 150 ml Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
for covering
- 400 ml Whipped cream
- 2 packet Cream stiffener
- 500 g Quark semi-fat
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 750 ml Multivitamin juice
- 2 packet Custard powder
- 3 tbsp Sugar
The floor
- Mix the ingredients for the base. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or pour half the amount into a greased cake tin. Bake for about 35 minutes at 150 ° C and allow to cool.
The topping
- Mix the whipped cream with the cream stabilizer and whip until stiff. Fold in the quark and sugar. Spread the mixture on the floor.
