Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 300 g soy sprouts
  • 75 ml soy sauce, dark (depends on the sauce)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 small onion(s), finely diced
  • 75 ml water
  • 2 tsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly fry the diced onion and crushed garlic in oil in a deep pan. Add the ground beef and fry briskly until small crumbs form. Wash the sprouts and add them to the fried ground beef. Add a little water and the soy sauce. Sauté briefly again so the sprouts don’t get too soft. Season to taste with Chinese spices, salt, and pepper. Tip: Serve quickly and serve with white bread (except for food combining). P.S. If you want a low-calorie meal, use tartar (less) and more sprouts.
