Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large radish(s), white
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

The Munich radish is cut into accordion-like garlands. Peel the radish and cut it into garlands using the smooth blade of the Spirali. Mix the marinade from the remaining ingredients and drizzle it over the radish garlands along with the chopped chives.
