Münster cheese tarte flambée

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Tarte flambée dough for three bases
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 150 g – 200 g
  • 300 g quark
  • 200 g Munster cheese or Limburger
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the sour cream, crème fraîche, and quark, and season with salt and pepper if desired. Spread the mixture onto the tarte flambée bases. Cut the Munster or Limburger cheese into slices approximately 3-5 mm thick. Chop the parsley as well. Top the bases with both ingredients. Bake the tarte flambée in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes.
