Cucumber salad – refreshingly different

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp herbs, chopped, to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large cucumber(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Finely chop the garlic and mix with the remaining dressing ingredients, seasoning with salt and pepper. Now finely slice the cucumber, mix it with the dressing, and let the salad sit for 30 minutes. Note: If the dressing is too acidic for you, feel free to add sugar.
