Raw beetroot and garlic salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Soy sauce Shoju
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and finely slice the beetroot, or slice it into thin (1-2mm) slices with a food processor and add it to the bowl. Crush the garlic with a press and add all the other ingredients to the bowl, mixing well. Add pepper and salt to taste, as well as the soy sauce, but be careful with the amount and add it gradually. Let it sit for 15 minutes, and your spicy raw vegetable salad is ready.
