Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 60 g Tyrolean bacon
- 60 g mushrooms, brown
- 150 g raclette cheese
- 2 new potatoes (small potatoes)
- 1 spring onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
1. Thinly slice the potatoes, bacon, and mushrooms and arrange them in the raclette pan. Slice the spring onions into thin rings. 2. Top with raclette cheese and bake. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with pepper and the spring onions.
