Mushroom and zucchini toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 4 slices of cheese for toast
  • 4 slices of toast

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quick vegetarian snack

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grate the zucchini into thin slices, finely chop the garlic, and slice the mushrooms. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic, zucchini, and mushrooms. Season generously with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, toast the toast. Spread the vegetables evenly on the toast and top each with a slice of cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes.
