Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bowl of mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 60 g cheese, grated (hard cheese)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Rosemary, dried
  • herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and dice the mushrooms. Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel the garlic. Sauté the onions with the crushed garlic and rosemary in hot oil until translucent. Add the mushrooms, fry until browned, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mushroom mixture on the bread slices, sprinkle with cheese, and bake the bread in a preheated oven at 225°C for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
