Mushroom butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 10 g mushrooms, mixed, dried
  • 6 tbsp sherry
  • 2 tbsp chives, in rolls
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the mushrooms and soak them in sherry for 30 minutes. Stir them into the butter along with the chives. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate.
