Mushroom meatballs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 rolls
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 10 g lard
  • 20 g semolina
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mince the mushrooms and onions and sauté in butter. Stir the soaked and squeezed-out bread rolls into the lard until smooth. Mix the bread, mushrooms, egg, pepper, salt, chopped parsley, and semolina. Form into patties and bake in the oven at 175°C for 25 minutes.
