Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ can peach(s)
  • 100 g grapes
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the peaches, wash the grapes, and peel the banana. Chop everything into small pieces. Combine the yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the yogurt mixture. Then add the fruit and fold in. Serve everything in small dessert bowls. Tip: If you like, you can briefly toast 4 tablespoons of ground hazelnuts in a small pan. Let cool and sprinkle them over the dessert.
