Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 tbsp brandy or sherry
  • 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 baguette(s)
  • Paprika powder
  • Peppercorns, green pickled
  • Salt
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and halve the mushrooms, finely dice the onion and garlic. Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil, then add the mushrooms. When the mushrooms are cooked, stir in the crème fraîche, season with herbs and spices, and add the brandy/sherry. Serve with baguette.
