Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tsp allspice, ground
- 1 tsp pepper, from the mill
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
- 2 tsp thyme, dried
- 1 bunch spring onion(s), finely chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 chili pepper(s), fresh, very hot, pitted and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 pork chops, lean, approx. 2.5 cm thick
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients except the meat in a food processor until a paste forms. Spread the mixture on both sides of the chops and place them in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
