Mushroom Pasta

The perfect mushroom pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Pasta, cooked
  • 300 g Mixed mushrooms
  • 50 g Raw ham cubes (2% fat)
  • 30 g Spring onion
  • 150 ml Mushroom water
  • 30 ml Cream
  • 20 g Sour cream
  • 10 g Food starch
  • Ground garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

200-kcal-Version:

  1. If you take “Konjak noodles” instead of normal noodles and “Rama Cremefine 7%” instead of normal cream, a portion has just about 200 kcal. It is also super tasty and makes you feel full.

Preparation:

  1. Drain the mushrooms (I’ll take them out of the glass (mushroom pot)) and collect 150ml of the mushroom water. Cut the spring onion into rings
  2. Fry the ham cubes in a pan. Add the mushrooms and fry for a few minutes. Add the cooked noodles, season with garlic, salt and pepper and continue to fry for 5 minutes on a low heat.
  3. Mix the mushroom water with the cream and the starch (make sure that the starch does not form lumps). Add the spring onion to the pasta. Add the cream mixture and let it boil briefly so that the starch binds. Finally mix in the sour cream.
