Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g mushrooms, fresh
- 50 g bacon, diced
- 1 piece(s) of herb butter and 5 frozen rösti
- salt and pepper
- ½ pack of cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry the bacon cubes in the pan, then add the mushrooms and heat until nicely browned. Season with salt and pepper. At the same time, place the hash browns in the oven. When the hash browns are ready, mix the mushrooms with the herb butter and spread them on top. Sprinkle them thickly with cheese in a baking dish and place in the oven until the cheese has melted.
